What if I can’t do it all?
Slow down. Faith is the power of trusting God’s Word to be enough. This isn’t about you. This is about Christ for you.
What if I am not in control?
You are true daughters when you do what is good and do not give way to fear. Remember that in Jesus Christ, in His body given for you, all power has been perfected in weakness.
How might I do this?
- Start small. Pray one Psalm. The same Psalm. Every day.
- Ponder a proverb. One new one. Every day.
- Don’t expect to be the Master.
- Trust Jesus to do His job. Believe His work on you is enough.
Why a crucifix?
The emblem of His work to resurrect you is Jesus Christ, crucified. He is the image of God on earth, the sign of Jonah, and a proven focus for spiritual battle against the dark powers of this world.
Losing hope is not an option....
The fervent prayer of a Christian is effective and avails much. The Spirit Himself intercedes where the flesh is weak. Rest assured, you shall reap a harvest of righteousness in due season. He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
